Welcome to "Little Scholars: Quran Memorization and Reading for Kids," a course for children aged 5-12 to learn Quranic recitation and memorization. Through interactive lessons, storytelling, and engaging activities, we aim to instill a love for the Quran and core Islamic values in young hearts.

About the Course
Objectives and Goals:
Objective:
- To teach kids how to read and memorize the Quran correctly.
- To instill a love for the Quran and its teachings.
- To develop a basic understanding of Islamic principles and morals.
Goals:
- Memorize specific Surahs of the Quran.
- Improve Quran reading fluency and pronunciation (Tajweed).
- Learn basic Islamic teachings and morals.
Class Breakdown:
Opening Du'a:
- Start each class with a short prayer to seek Allah's blessings.
Warm-up:
- Recitation of previously memorized Surahs.
- Short quizzes or oral recitations to review previous lessons.
Quran Reading:
- Teach kids to read new verses with proper Tajweed.
Quran Memorization:
- Focus on memorizing new verses or Surahs.
- Use repetition, listening exercises, and group recitation to reinforce learning.
Islamic Teachings:
- Short stories or Islamic learning
- Discuss morals and values from the stories.
Closing Du'a:
- End with a prayer asking for understanding and retention of what was learned.
- Listen to their child's recitation at home.
- Help with memorization.
- Attend occasional open classes to observe their child’s progress.
About the Class:
- Duration: 5 pm - 6 pm
- Days: Every Saturday
- Age Group: 5-12 years old
