About the Course
Objectives:
Prepare students for successful admission into Madrasah education.
Assess students' knowledge and skills in Arabic, Islamic Studies, and general subjects such as Mathematics, English, and Malay.
Identify strengths and weaknesses, guiding students to improve foundational concepts and principles.
Ensure students have the essential knowledge and skills for Madrasah education.
Provide a benchmark to measure the effectiveness of the Madrasah Entry Preparatory Program.
What Your Child Will Learn in This Course:
English Language
Learn alphabet letters and phonics.
Recognize and blend sounds to form words.
Learn spelling techniques without memorization.
Enhance listening skills and understand basic grammar.
Build vocabulary through themed lessons.
Develop comprehension and close comprehension skills.
Mathematics
Counting numbers up to 100.
Perform simple addition and subtraction up to 20.
Understand number bond concepts and ordinal numbers.
Recognize shapes and number patterns.
Solve word problems with comprehension.
Malay Language
Recognize letter sounds and blend them to form words.
Learn spelling techniques without memorization.
Understand basic grammar concepts.
Build vocabulary through thematic lessons.
Develop close comprehension skills and confidence in Malay communication.
Arabic Language
Recognize the 28 Arabic letters in different forms.
Practice writing and arranging Arabic letters in alphabetical order.
Learn the joining and separation of letters.
Recognize Arabic numbers (0–10).
Read Arabic words and build vocabulary across themes like Colors, Animals, Family Members, etc.
Iqra Recitations (Tilawati / Qiraati)
Recite Arabic letters with proper pronunciation (Makharij Al-Huruf).
Learn Fathah, Kasra, Dhammah, Sukoon, Shaddah, and Tanween.
Progress through Iqra or Al-Tas’heel books (up to Book 3).
Dua/Surah Memorisation
Memorize daily supplications (Duas) for various occasions.
Memorize the last 10 Surahs of the Quran.
About the Class
Duration: Until the MET test in 2026.
Frequency: Every Saturday.
Timing: 02:45 pm – 05:45 pm (3 hours with a short break).
Age: For students aged 4+ to 5+ years.
Class Size: Maximum of 9 students for focused learning.
